As part of the Parents’ Café, some dedicated parents organized water games for recess. It was a perfect way for our students to cool off in the hot weather. The children had a blast throwing and carrying sponges, aiming water pistols at cans, and simply replacing our classic recess game “King” with a sponge. In the end, they even hooked up the garden hose so that all the children could enjoy a nice chance to cool off.
Many thanks to the parents who helped out. We'll remember this break for a long time to come.
