First day of school
All children who turn six by September 30 of the same year are required to attend school on August 1, in accordance with § 35 of the School Law of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
All children who will be starting school at Martin Luther School this summer will soon receive mail from us.
Tips for parents
Your kindergarten child will become a school-age child in the summer!
What your child does not need to be able to do yet are:
- Reading and writing
- Calculate and write numbers
