Last Friday, our gymnasium was transformed into a huge landscape of movement: the indoor sports festival was on the agenda! Classes 1 and 2 competed in two groups, followed by classes 3 and 4, who were able to put their sporting skills to the test.
A total of 13 varied stations provided plenty of exercise, fun and challenges. The children climbed skillfully over equipment, balanced with concentration over narrow benches and bravely ventured down a "crevasse" - of course, perfectly secured on soft mats. Bags and frisbees were thrown with great accuracy, and the pupils showed off their strength and coordination by jumping and swinging. The slide also brought smiles to their faces and enthusiastic cheers.
Cheers, laughter and applause could be heard throughout the hall. The children supported each other and were delighted with every successful attempt. In addition to skill and endurance, team spirit and fairness were the main focus.
The indoor sports festival was an all-round successful day full of exercise and community. We can look back on the sporting achievements of our pupils with great joy and pride.
