Carnival at school

Helau! Martin Luther School celebrates carnival on Old Wives' Day. Everyone comes dressed up and the classes are colorfully and festively decorated. There is partying, dancing and playing in the classes and in the schoolyard.

School carnival 2024

On Thursday, February 8, we celebrated carnival at school. All the children came to school dressed up. We presented our costumes in class. Then we painted a clown mandala. During the breakfast break, we ate our breakfast and exchanged our sweets. Then we listened to loud music and we were picked up by the other classes in a polonaise for the break. During the break, all the children and adults danced, sang and laughed to the loud music. Back in class, we played games like stop dance and Ivan says. There was no homework and the day was really nice.

Carnival party

We celebrated carnival at school. We were dressed up as Elsa, a fireman, a ninja, a pirate and a tiger. First we painted something in class. Then we played games. We had a delicious breakfast and sweets. Before the break, we did a polonaise. The polonaise was great. Then we danced and played. Afterwards we went to class. We played group games there. It was a very cool day!
